Had to delete cookies/ Now cannot get into my account

  It wants me to ask administrator for permission but I AM ADMINISTRATOR. Could thi be because WordPress has my old email address? Help!

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Figured it out. I registered in 2011 under my old hotmail account. The problem is: I often cannot get into this account at all. Tried to change to the new gmail acct. some time ago- but that appears to have failed. How do I make the change?
