Had two blogs, one deleted, now can't access the other

  I had two blogs under my account. I deleted one. I can still see the other one online, but can’t edit it. I’m using my husband’s login to write this because WordPress isn’t recognizing my email login so I can’t log into anything on WordPress. I’m wondering how I can reunite my blog with my login (which seems not to exist). If I try to register it (again), it tells me that it is already registered, but it won’t accept my password or send me a new one.
