  Hai,I have a website which was created using html and css,I want to make few changes in website using wordpress, changes are like adding few web pages and making changes in terms of keywords and backlinks.I want to know whether it is possible using wordpress or I want to know whether there are any other applications to make the changes in the website.

  for translating static html and css to WordPress site, the less complicated (but still complicated) way is to set up self-hosted, WordPress.org, installation. For further details, see this article:

  However, theming WordPress is not a beginner’s thing, you may need help from someone who’s familiar with WordPress development.
