Half of my posts disappeared from my main page?

  I was having trouble with some themes for unrelated reasons so I switched out to other ones. I thought Twenty Fifteen would be simpler than before and avoid these problems. I was wrong. My main page is supposed to show my blog posts in order, but it leaves a lot of them out even when the original URL still exists and they’re mentioned in my sidebar under the Top Posts widget. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

  Oh actually, the missing posts appear at the end. I checked the time, and that’s not the problem.
