Half refund

  I cancelled my plan and domain, and requested a refund today (I bought it also today so I still have 48 hours theoretically). However while during the procedure it was written that my refund had to be 48 euros, I received a refund of only 22 euros. How can I get also the 26€ back?

  Hi jadedcant,

  No problem, I’ve refunded the remaining amount and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer — the money is on its way though.
