Half white and half black background

    I was editing a post on my website today and realised that half of my background on that post is black while the upper half is white (black letterings). When I type on the bottom half, the letterings turn out to be grey and I can’t seem to read it. By the way, my theme is Dyad2. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi! I looked at your site and didn’t see this issue just yet — can you let us know which post you are referring to?

    Also, Dyad 2’s front page does have an effect where the text fades out into the Read More button, but I assume you’re not referring to that.

    Hi, I have just looked at my website and noticed that this half black and half white background appears on all my posts (published and drafts).
    There is nothing wrong with viewers’ view. It is only on editor’s view. It happened only yesterday. It was all right for the last one year.

    Hi there,
    Thank you for looking at the website. I contacted Apple and they said that probably WP is not compatible to macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 or Safari.
    I was advised to use another browser in which I downloaded Google Chrome and the issue is now resolved. Just wondering if it is true what the Apple adviser has said.
    Anyway, once again thank you very much as you and your team did get back very quickly trying to resolve the issue. Much appreciated.

    I tested your site on the latest version of Safari in both macOS Catalina and Big Sur and I wasn’t able to see the issue you’re describing.

    I suggest clearing Safari’s cache and see if that helps resolve the issue. Here’s how to do that:
