I sent the original email notification (to help@…)
After checking myself, the title BINGO (mouse hover over) lacks the dot in the URL while ALL the other links (reply, comment, etc.) work fine.

Would you be willing to publish a test post on your site so I can get the email notification directly from the site?

I can see the dot missing in the link on the title, and on one of the tags, so there’s definitely something off here.
I’ll receive an email with your next post. I just want to wait for it to double check – if that email contains the correct link for me, but not for your follower, that would mean their email client is stripping stuff out. But if the subscription email I receive also misses the dot, then it would point to something being wrong on our end.

I see your next post already went live, and I received the email. All the links in the email I received are fine, so if that follower again got the broken links it would point to their email client as the source of the problem. Please let me know if you hear from them about this.

Are you speaking of one of the mobile apps? If you’re clicking the “View in browser” button in the app and you’re not logged into your WordPress.com account in the mobile browser, then we don’t have a way to detect it’s an admin viewing the site.
At the point where you see your post, is the black admin bar appearing at the top? If not, it means you’re not logged into the browser at that point.
Views via the Reader in the app should not be counted.

I’m glad to hear that, though it’s strange that it works now. Perhaps it was a glitch, then, with those specific emails. If it happens again, please let me know.

With the version 2.6.0, when I open WP it sees me as a visitor (1 visitor, 1 view on home page) when there are NO others. When there is activity, I only appear in the author area bottom-right. I don’t use mobile devices. It’s not important.
I’ll get back to you when the follower has new information for the other blog that had issues.
