hamburger menu and more posts dont work

  hello everyone
  i was asked to fix the website, the hamburger menu doesnt do anything, and the more posts scrolls to the top of the page
  when i inspect, i saw that the menu is just a div and read more btn has # as href

  the website is https://thenorthlifemagazine.com, can anyone check and suggest solutions
