Handle and display data depending on who's logged in
-
Hi ! I’m currently building a site for a school project. The idea is that students are divided in 3 teams and I want that when someone logs in the site, the site displays his points, the points of his teams and some images depending on his points. I found that there was plugins that help creating a login system but they only allow users to see private blogs. Is it possible to display the users points ? When someone is logging in, where is his id stored ? Can I access it whit code ?

Hi there,
For advice on which plugins to use for something like this, the WordPress.org forums are a better place to ask. The community there are the people who make WordPress and plugins for it, so have much more experience in this.
The forums you’re posting now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and specifically for free sites that can’t use plugins (using plugins on WordPress.com requires our Business Plan), so we just don’t have the knowledge of what’s out there to help with what you’ll need to build something like this :)
You can find the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You’ll need to register a WordPress.org account before you can post there.
