  I am unable to delete my site because of the ‘premium upgrades,’ but the only thing that is coming up in my purchases are the theme of the site. Please help me delete this page.

  Please read this article to make sure you canceling all your payments correctly:

  Afterwards please refer to this to regarding deleting your site:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  For the mean time I’ve tagged this thread to have a member of the staff have a look to make sure the theme wont cause any issues.

  Premium themes must be (1) removed by Staff or (2) transferred to another of your sites registered under the same username account.

  Which is the two do you select please?

  I’ve removed the premium theme so you should be able to delete your site now. Come back to me if you have any problems.
