Hi,
I am VERY UPSET that this site has been upgraded to a premium account without me asking for it. This money was taken out of my account without my authority. When I received an email indicating that there would be an automatic upgrade I could not cancel it because there was no place on my account to do so even though I followed the instructions in the email. I demand you return my money immediately and consider this a cunning method of drumming up business, especially since I never asked for nor agreed to the upgrade. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

It looks like this charge was generated from an auto renewal on the account. I see that you’ve already issued a charge back with your bank. If you’re able to cancel this dispute we can refund this renewal and you’ll get your money back much faster than if we let the dispute run the course.
The upgrade and charge are coming from a different account than the one that you’re contacting us from now. This is why you weren’t able to find the cancel option when following the email instructions.
