Happiness engineer is not making me too happy

  Hi guy,
  I’ve contact happiness engineer today about my site, but no one has reply me yet the whole day. I’m wondering if anyone can help me out.

  Btw, the problem is regarding guided transfer

  oops sorry. It’s been a long day.

  I purchase guided transfer trying to transfer my site to a new site hosted by Bluehost. However, when im typing my username and passoword at the transfer page, it says: That username/password combination does not seem to work in our automated testing. Please contact us directly at the guided transfer email.
  I done so, and contact the Happiness Engineer already, but I havent heard anything from them. I’m wondering how long does it usually take Happiness Engineer to reply you, and why my username/password didn’t take. Thanks.
  and sorry for not being clear in the first place. I just want my old contents to be over my new site already.

  Hmmm. It’s not unusual for it to take 48 hours or so to hear back from a Happiness Engineer, but I’ll flag this thread for staff attention since only staff can actually do anything about this.
