Happiness Engineer live chat not working

  I submitted my first ticket to live chat earlier this week and received a swift response which resolved that issue.. Then a new issue came up a couple days later and I went to live chat and no one is responding. It’s been more than 24 hours with no response.

  Hi, Happiness Engineer live chat not working for me. I try to change VAT number on my account, but I can not contact the support and i do not understand how can public forum help me to change the VAT number if it can be done only via support

  Same thing happened to me. I was told this “One of our Happiness Engineers will be back in touch within 24 hours.” well now it has been 88 hours and crickets.
