  I have tried 3 times on different days to contact a happiness engineers but i have never had a reply from them do they work in the evenings after i have sent the message the tick appears but nothing else happens.my question is i can only find my website by putting wordpress.com (after the name of my site ) i wish to launch my site to the general public but how do i do this
