Happiness Engineers

Happiness Engineers – I recently purchase a Personal Plan in order to transfer my domain. I regrettably do not think I need to actually transfer my domain any more. I would like to cancel this transfer and refund my purchase. However, that does not seem possible from my Purchases tab within my Account as WordPress is still waiting on authorization from my current domain provider.
Please advise.

Hello – any help is greatly appreciated so that I may move forward with my refund within the propriate time period.
That is, unless someone can weigh the pros and cons of transferring my domain to WP. What are the advantages? Why not host it elsewhere and point/connect the domain to WP instead? -
Hello @catleeart7! I’ll be happy to assist you with this.
I checked your account and I couldn’t find any plan linked to it.
If you’re trying to cancel a domain transfer, you’ll need to do that from your current provider’s domain management settings. Once the transfer is canceled, the domain transfer subscription on WordPress.com will be automatically refunded. Also, for privacy reasons, if you need any assistance with any purchases, don’t hesitate to email us at help@wordpress.com, and we’ll be happy to help you from there!
Please let us know if you have any questions or need any extra help, and we’ll be happy to assist you. -

Hi adusman402,
First of all, thank you for your response, but I have sent this form many times and I sent it 1 month ago, my domain name will be deleted, I cannot extend it, I cannot receive a response.
