Happiness Engineers

The concept of ‘Happiness Engineers’ suggests that there is a support team available to answer questions. But the only ‘support’ I can find is within the public forums. Does wordpress have a support team or is ‘Happiness Engineers’ merely a marketing tool to make it look like wordpress has a support team. Obviously I’m a bit confused on this issue.

On forums, if your question need to be held by staff, the Happiness Engineers, you need to add a “modlook” tag on the thread, like you did. :)
