  That doesnt seem to take me the help page, but nothing loads, just grey bars, and when I refresh, it shows the help page, but that keeps looping me back to the forum

  You may need to clear your cache… sounds like your browser isn’t loading the chat.

  Ive cleared cache and deleted history, and tried on a different browser That link eventually loads but takes me to the Forum contact page.
