Happiness Engineers do not reply

    I have a paid subscription and that’s the only account I have. Despite that fact I have not received a response from the “Happiness Engineers” for more than 48 hours. I don’t understand why I am being ignored.

    I can add that my plan (explorer) says fast reply from support staff. 48+ hours is hardly fast. I am certainly not getting my money’s worth.
