I’m trying to restore my website after it was obliterated by WordPress for non-payment. I’ve had a creator account for many years with WordPress for my business account. The email on the account is no longer accessible and when my expired credit card couldn’t be charged, they erased my website, and left me with no way to login and update the billing information. I have NO business website now after several days. I have no idea how many clients I have missed due to this. What’s worse now, is that I have lost years of website development and WordPress is not responding to my pleas for help. It’s been crickets for 4 days.

You will also need to connect your domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
Let us know if you have more questions but this should be enough to bring your site back as it was.
