You can’t contact these people via email; they don’t respond to forum posts; live chat is either unavailable or extremely well hidden. I find the whole setup appalling.

The forums offer support for users with a free plan, and also are staffed primarily by volunteers (me).

There’s a white box when you scroll down, you can add your question there, and then click the blue box labeled “chat with us”.You can also type ‘modlook’ into the Tags box in the right sidebar of your screen when you are viewing a forum thread. That will notify staff that you are in need of their assistance. Be sure to subscribe to the thread as they will contact you there.

I see that you have a couple of posts about using the Android app that went unanswered:
Normally support for the Android app is given elsewhere ( https://apps.wordpress.com/support/ ), but let’s see if we can’t get assistance from Staff to help shorten the agony. I’ve tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi @wwyork, we’ll take a look at your questions. Generally if you need staff help you can add a “modlook” tag so we won’t miss the thread. Also, as Jen pointed out, the android forum would be a better fit. But I’ve got an Android, so I’ll test on mine and respond in one of those threads (and close the other.) Cheers!
