I’m not a happiness engineer. Like you, I’m a customer of a bunch of different places and I totally get the frustration of not having an upgrade work as intended.
Just a friendly tidbit to see if I can help move things in the right direction.
Did you upgrade recently? If so, have you tried to go to your site in another browser? A fresh browser may not be remembering older browsing information and may display the information that you’re looking for.
An alternative to that would be using the private browsing mode on your browser. This link gives you instructions on how to do this in all of the major browsers:

Are you able to log out, then log in again as the correct user?
