  I used to get live support and no longer do? What happened? No one in the community is answering my question? Please help.

  If you got live chat support in the past you must have had a Business subscription.

  Sometimes the chat function will show up for the unwashed masses when the chat people have spare time and no Business Plans to support – so you might have gotten the random someone was available thing

  Yes. That must have been it. I wasn’t a business customer.
