Harassment on WP Help

A friend has been horribly harassed after adding a seemingly innocent comment posted to c4ndyw4ters4utism4rtsc4m.wordpress.com (replace 4’s with a’s to view). She posted a comment but otherwise has nothing to do with the blog and now she is being harassed online and IRL (via phone/email to her current and former employers/business associates), not to mention her personal information has been posted by the hostile family to this blog. We need to get in touch with the blog owner but don’t have a good way to do that outside of adding another comment to an already ridiculous thread. Any help or suggestions please? She’s currently filing a complaint at her local precinct and may issue a legal cease and desist letter…
