Harassment/ Posting Personal Information

Hello,
I contacted WordPress support about this, and filled out the proper forms 4 TIMES over the past month and WordPress has not responded to me or done anything about it and I am frustrated!!! I shouldn’t have to hire an attorney to get an answer, which I don’t have attorney money since I am a college student!
I am a moderator of a discussion forum pertaining to a video game. Well my boyfriend is the owner of this forum. So anyways, I let him use my account on another forum to advertise since he did not have the game (which is needed to even have an account), which is the official forums to this video game to promote his forum since it is allowed.
Well some “loser” did not like how we were running our website, promoting ourselves and stuff and decided to look up his whois information and post his name, address, and totally humilate him online.
She found out my personal information too through a bit of googling, and I had a website in the past in my signature that I had a link to in the signature.
She got my personal information and posted it on her blog too. Then she goes as far as making fun of our long distance relationship and stuff.
And it hurts because it is over a game…is it worth all that over a game? Its a blog this “loser” built based off cyberbullying other people.
The website is hosted by WordPress and WordPress needs to take care of it.

I am on my way to just getting legal aid done and filing a cease and desist order because seriously it is just a game and a website. I am just angry because after 4 complaints, WordPress still hasn’t responded.

There is a backlog and Staff will assist you as as soOn as they serve the others who contacted them before you submitted your from. Every time you submit another form there’s a new and later date so you are moving your request forward in time and making it longer to get help – stop doing that please.
These matters are not discussed on these public support forums that are available to all with internet access. You need to file a compliant and submit it to terms of Service Staff. WordPress.COM please read these so you know how to proceed:
