hard drive failure–lost admin control

I had to reformat my hard drive due to mechanical failure. I have my personal files recovered, but after the new hard drive installation, I cannot access my admin dashboard and site?
Any ideas???

You have to login again with your username and password to WordPress.com.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
