Hard to find the forum you've just posted in

  1. Unclear support. Hi when buying premium, I was promised e-mail support. However, I don’t find the access to it. I’ve only found the forums.

  2. Forum jungle. It’s not easy to find the topics you’ve triggered in the setting menu underneath the avatar top right. Neither is it easy to find the right forum. For me there’s the Dutch forum and the English forum, and now it looks like there’s two forums: one which does not display my question, and another which does. Please make navigation more simple?

  You can reach support through the contact support form:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact

  To get private email support rather than forum support, just choose private (not public) when presented with that option.

  If you click on your username in the upper right corner of the forums (not in the admin bar), it will take you to a list of all your threads:
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/pvdbddar

  You can also click the “member” link under your username in any forum thread and locate every thread you posted into on all support forums.
