Hard to see input fields

    I’m using Safari and when I try to Add New Page for my website the input box is pretty invisible. I believe its because of the blue/white theme you all have picked. Can I change the settings for the WordPress tool so I can better see the input fields when creating my pages?

    If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
    (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
    (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

    Hello,

    Timethief has provided good advice, as always, but I think the problem has nothing to do with your web browser.

    Current interface design trends seem to prefer very light fonts along with other elements that are not as visible as many of us would like.

    All over the Internet you can find people complaining about this issue…especially from people who are over the age of 40 when vision normally starts to gradually decline.

    What might help is if you can get started by clicking into the “Title” area when you’re creating a new page…that’s fairly easy to see…then type your title…then…
    …rather than trying to see where the main content area is, just press the “Tab” key on your computer, and your cursor should move to the content area, where you can just start typing.

    Meanwhile, if you check Google you will see many articles like this one…and it’s not just the fonts but other elements of the interface that are too light to see easily.

    One other idea you might try is checking the settings on your computer or other device to see if you can adjust the contrast of your display.
