Harmoic Theme at Mobile version appears different in cells

  when visualized the site on a cell appears like the desktop and other otherwise. How can it be standard ?

  The theme is not responsive as reported.

  Harmonic’s front page panels adjust automatically to various screen sizes. Background images may be cropped or stretched, so we recommend using images that are flexible and can adapt to these conditions.

  I’d suggest you upload your logo as a separate element in the Customizer, under Site Title, Tagline, and Logo, so its placement is more consistent on various devices.
