Harmonic – Infinite Scrolling – Oldest post vanishes when scrolling over it

As the title says, it scrolls fine until the oldest post (only have a dozen posts so far). When it reaches the last post, the oldest, it shows briefly then vanishes when 1 more line is scrolled down. Scroll up and it goes back to the second oldest post. Trying to reach the oldest will do it again.

It is not that big of a problem. First, I don’t have that big of an audience, yet (=)) and second, visitors might click on the post title and it opens just fine. I am just curious if there is anything I can do to prevent that from happening?

    Hi there!

I have a few questions to narrow down what’s going on…

    – Which browser(s) are you seeing this in?
    – When the post disappears, if you scroll down a bit again, does it ever reappear? Or is there no way for you to see it again once it disappears?

    – Both Firefox and Chrome
    – It does reappear. Scrolling up will go to the post immediately above it then I can scroll down again and it will show again until that 1 more scroll line when it disappears again.

Okay, thanks for the additional details! I see what you mean.

I’m checking it out and will post here as soon as I have more information/questions/a fix. :)

  • Our developer has made a change that should fix this issue – could you confirm on your end and let me know? Thanks!
