Harmonic Portfolio page

1. I have 7 projects. Is there a way to get them all to display on the same Portfolio page?
https://graduateoceanpolicycertificate.wordpress.com/menu/
2. On each project page, is there a way to delete the “More Projects” links at the bottom? Or change the name from “More Projects” to something else?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. I think you already figured this :-)
2. You can hide “More Projects” label and the links but you will need to purchase Custom Design upgrade and add custom css to hide the things you don’t want.
Please note that even with Custom Design upgrade, you can only hide “More Projects” but cannot change it to something else.

Aren’t you already displaying all your portfolios on Menu page?
Only shortcoming I see is that, your Menu page is only showing 5 portfolios at a time and the rest 2 appear only after clicking on Previous button.
A bit of detail on how did you create Menu page would helpful.
If you want to use all 7 projects on a single page, you can try Portfolio Shortcode with showposts attribute’s value set to 7.

Unless there’s a simple way to have all 7 of my projects display on the portfolio page:

Currently it only displays 5 and it’s not clear how to access the other two without scrolling down the screen. I tried using shortcode and setting showposts=7 but this looks really ugly.

It is indeed possible to get all your portfolio projects in the same page.
Could you check what is the number of projects under Activating the Portfolio Content Type section in your dashboard and change it to the number you wish.

It looks like you have your settings set to display 10 projects per page, so I don’t think that’s the issue. I’m also seeing all 7 of your projects on the default portfolio page here:

I’m investigating why this page isn’t showing all your projects and will keep you posted:

We re-saved your settings under Settings > Writing and that seems to have fixed the problem. Your portfolio page is now showing 7 projects:

I notice that on the Portfolio editor page, where you can choose different formats, the format choices the same as for regular Pages, and choosing a format doesn’t seem to change anything. How do I display my images in some way other than a vertical column? The blog is lavishlovenotesforthesoul.wordpress.com.
Thanks,

Hi Phyllis – the portfolio page at http://lavishlovenotesforthesoul.wordpress.com/portfolio/ is automatically generated and uses the portfolio page template.
If you prefer a different type of layout for your portfolio projects, you can create your own portfolio page – separate from the automatically generated one – and use the portfolio shortcode instead.
If you have further questions about this, could you please start a new thread so I can help you one-on-one, since this thread is already long and resolved? You can start a new thread in the themes forum here:
