Harmonic theme challenges

Hey, sorry to bother you guys but I’m having problems setting up the new harmonic theme. I’ve created the front page, but can’t select a homepage from the page attributes section, not sure why that is. When I go to customize the theme and upload an image on each section nothing shows up. I’m sure it’s my fault but would like to check to see if perhaps there’s something you can do, or help with?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Let us know if you need more help. If so, I’m not going to install the theme on my wordpress.com blog, but I can download the self hosted version, install it on my testing server, and try to walk through the setup with you. Happy to help!

Okay, so first of all – if you open your home page, what are you seeing in the templates section of page attributes?
Is your setup similar to this?

No it looks nothing like that. The only options I have under page attributes is Default Template, Front page, Full Width and Portfolio.

Cool, that’s good. In your home page, select the “front page” template, then click the blue update button. After you’ve done that check out your blog and let me know if you see the template loaded.

What you’re doing there is telling WordPress that you’d like to use that theme template for your front page.
