I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.

Hi Jacques, Harmonic doesn’t yet have its own support forum on WordPress.org because it’s still in the queue awaiting final approval from the theme review team. Once it’s live in the WordPress.org directory, you’ll be able to ask questions at this URL:
http://wordpress.org/support/themes/harmonicHarmonic is a complex theme that may be tricky to customize through a child theme, depending what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’ve already posted a thread on WordPress.org, please add the tag wpcom-theme to the Tags area of the post in that forum and I’ll be glad to take a look over there.
