Harmonic Theme – homepage sections not appearing

I’m putting together a website with the Harmonic theme. It shouldn’t be that difficult but none of my sections such as news, posts or the portfolio are showing up. In the customizer they have not been hidden. It defeats the whole reason of how this theme was meant to work if there is only one section that shows up on the main page.
Where do I begin? Is there some hidden thing that I have turned off these other sections?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Okay had a quick check, but i can see it requires purchase to activate all those features.

If you head to customise theme, you will see under “Custom Design” it reads that With Custom Design, part of the Premium Plan, you can make your blog look and feel exactly the way you want.

I have used these features on a free blog, so why would I need to pay? Also, I recently upgraded to premium on this site. Is there a different payment plan I need?

When I click on ‘custom design’ it does not read “With Custom Design, part of the Premium Plan, you can make your blog look and feel exactly the way you want.”
I should have everything settled with payments as I can freely customize this site. That’s why the missing segments are odd.
