Harmonic theme: how can I make home page show ALL my posts?

  • Unknown's avatar

I really like the harmonic theme’s custom home page… it’s great.

However… I *just noticed* it’s subtly started hiding my older posts. The main home page (I think it’s called the “News” section) only shows SEVEN posts.. but I want it to show ALL of them.

You may say “that’s what the POSTS page is for!” And I would agree the posts page has all the posts… BUT, it splays them out in their full length, it’s not a list by title. I thought “hmm.. maybe I can fix that and make the POSTS page shorter by putting a ‘blurb’ in for each post– then it will only show the blurb and not the full post!” … but that doesn’t work either. The two very-recent osts that I have which are really long obscure everything on that page.

    So.. what I want:
    – main home page to show a list of ALL the posts.. OR
    – some way to make the POSTS page only show blurbs.

Possible? Suggestions on how? (Maybe I turn off the News page and MANUALLY add a list of posts to the “Page” section? That would bum me out because I’d get one less background image/reveal…)

    thanks for any help!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • – main home page to show a list of ALL the posts.. OR

Harmonic displays up to seven posts in the front page template’s News area – that’s not an option that can be changed.

    – some way to make the POSTS page only show blurbs.

The More tag lets you display just a portion of the post on the blog page:
