Harmonic Theme: How to create the different slides

  I am using the harmonic theme on my blog http://www.breathingspaceformysoul.com (not yet made public) because I love the layout that I have seen on the live preview as well as on other people’s blogs.

  For the life of me I cannot figure out how to create the different sections as you scroll down. When I use a static page it removes the one header picture I have up entirely and just shows my about page, the other option, the posts page, doesn’t allow the scrolling I think.

  Is there a section where the layout for the scrolling is in customize mode? Or even better yet is there a set-by-step walkthrough available anywhere?
