Harmonic Theme: Is it possible to add new sections?

Hello,
I’d like to be able to add a new section to this theme. At the moment I only have. The title, page, news, widgets, and portfolio. I would like to add a new section, perhaps under page, Is that possible?

I noticed that your site at creativemind.net isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. Instead, it’s hosted elsewhere and running on the free software available at WordPress.org.

Sadly I am unable to log into wordpress.org so I can’t ask further questions on this topic. Do you have any further advice?
