Harmonic theme- multiple issues

I’m having a few issues with my site bakkerstudios.com.au
Ive spent days trying to sort this out alone- but am stuck!
The pages I describe below are the initial scroll page, with its nice slider of images and links. Ill refer to the names of each portion of that initial page.
1. Title page- just loaded jetpack and my title ‘bakker studios’ dissapeared. No idea why. Can you help me turn it back on. This was the only page I had working properly!2. Blog page. Can I make this page static- ie turn off the link to the separate blog page? Can I hide the date?
3. Widgets page, can I make this page appear larger without having to show a whole pile of widgets? I want to show none- just the image, but a little larger
4. Portfolio page- after installing Jetpack and making a test portfolio page, this portion of the initial page went from being a large full size image with ‘no project found’ to being a little slit of an image with a white box. I don’t understand why the white box appeared, nor why my test project isn’t showing. In reality I just want a line of text on this page, and don’t really want it to link to anything. If you check the portfolio link in the header link you will notice I have a second wordpress site with a full folio. If I cant show a single line of text- can I have my contacts page here as it appears in the Harmonic demo page?
5. Separate linked Contacts page. This page is a mess. the ninja plug in is MASSIVE, while my contact details are miniscule. Bad design, that I now need to adjust. How?
Alternatively the Harmonic theme demo has a nice simple contact page at the end of the initial slider page showing a map and the address and some other links. How can I make this type of contact page on the initial slider page rather than this separate page?
Either option resolving a decent contacts page would be appreciatedThanks in advance for the help

Good Morning – bakkerstudios.com.au is a self hosted site using WordPress.org. You will find help by visiting the support page for self hosted sites at http://wordpress.org/support/
WordPress.com (here) and WordPress.org are very different. Those differences are outlined here for you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

I posted the same queries this morning on wordpress.org, only to be told that Harmonic is a wordpress.com theme and therefore this is the correct place to post my queries. Can you please confirm. -
When I look up the domain information for bakkerstudeios.com.au it says that your domain was registered through GoDaddy and the Name Servers point to Domain Control. The Name Servers for WordPress.com point to WordPress.
Jetpack is a Plugin that is only used on WordPress.org sites, these are the self hosted sites that use the installation of WordPress. Support for Jetpack is found on their site at http://jetpack.me/support/
When I load http://bakkerstudios.com.au/ into my web browser at the bottom of the screen on the right where there is a link that says ‘powered by wordpress’ if you hover on that link, in the bottom left corner a tiny box will pop up that says wordpress.org.
I think the confusion may be due to the fact that there are several themes that can be used both on WordPress.com and WordPress.org. Here is the theme demo and information for the Harmonic Theme that is used for WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/themes/harmonic/
