    Why is word press trying to add unauthorized charges to my credit card? I haven’t bought anything. I haven’t even gone into the store. This is the second time you try this. I’m going to have to cancel my website all together. This is very unprofessional of word press to do that. There is no way to contact anyone live. This looks very illegitimate. I don’t want to conduct business rudely.

  • Hi there, the only transaction I see on your account is $13 on June 2012-06-20 for the mapping of the domain ynventory.com to your website, paid by credit card. Did you make this purchase?

    Could you please provide details about any other charges on your account that were not authorized – such as date, time, amount, and transaction number? For privacy’s sake, do feel free to put in a support ticket instead of posting the details publicly here. Thanks for your help.

    There is no charge because I did not agree to pay. When I was trying to log in there was a message preventing me from login in unless I agreed to make some sort of payment (I don’t know what) and it wanted to charge it to my visa card. I know because my card information was displayed in the message.
    This is not in my account records because exited the website immediately. Next time I tried to log in I was able to without the harrasment. If this continues I am going to have to delete my website and not use wordpress again. I am thinking this is the reason why there is no number available for customers to call a live person. I have been shopping for another service provider. Seriously considering dropping wordpress.
