Has anyone else had this issue with vodpod?

I’ve tried emailing vodpod for support but had no response and for now, I’ve removed the widget from my sidebar. For some reason, it shows the video count as one less than the actual videos. I can’t figure out why. If I log into vodpod and look at the account on my profile page, it shows one less and on other pages, it shows an accurate number.

Never actually tried to figure it out to be honest! That is strange. If you go to the vodpod blog entry on wordpress.com main blog, the person involved with vodpod and wp.com posted comments on there as well as one thread in this forum. Might be worth a little searching to find out if that gives you a direction to contact them another way.

I have the same problem (the video count is one less than actual videos). There’s also a large gap of whitespace between my video thumbnails and the video counter. Can anyone help? My blog is surviveanukeattack.blogspot.com
Also, Trent, I can’t find the vodpod post on the wordpress main blog–got a link? Thanks.

If that is the case that there is a problem, it will be on the vodpod end because even surviveanukeattack is having the problem and they don’t have a wordpress.com blog (which this forum is support for). In both cases, it would be prudent to contact vodpod support about the issue. http://trentadams.ca has the vodpod in the sidebar.
