Has happened glitch and my money were taken

Hi! I tried a free trial period for premium account, but I canceled it before this period was off. In spite of this 99 dollars were taken.
I have nothing to cancel in my Upgrades to get my money back as many admins advice “You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com, If you would like to customize your sites look or feel, or add a custom domain, you should consider purchasing an upgrade in our Store”.
Has happened some kind of glitch.
How I can get my money back? Whom can I talk from the company wordpress about this situation?
Can`t find any e-mail or phone number to contactThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
