Has my account registered as premium yet?

  Hello,

  I purchased the premium blog platform for $99 and im wanting to upload a new theme from my computer but there is no button letting me do this. The dashboard doesn’t look the same as my other premium site it still looks as if it was just the free version. Please let me know how I can change this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy,

  None of our upgrades include an option to install your own theme. The themes we have available can be found at http://themes.wordpress.com/

  The premium bundle includes a custom design upgrade (available via Appearance->Custom Design in your dashboard) that allows you to customize your site in many ways beyond what is allowed on the free version, in addition to having no ads placed on your site and some other features (a breakdown can be found here: http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ )

  Looking at my other website I have that seams to have a lot more options like plugins ect. it seams to be on wp.org im assuming i should be over there then? I keep forgetting the difference between the .com and .org pages.

  Yeah, if you’re seeing Plugins on your dashboard, that’s a WordPress.org-based site. Our page about the difference might help: WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

  The major difference is with WordPress.com, we handle everything technical for you, but do put on limitations (plugins and custom themes being the biggest one) to help keep everything running for everyone. With WordPress.org-based sites, you have freedom to do anything, but are responsible for the hosting of your site.

  One more thing is there any way to make my wordpress.com page just transfer to a wordpress.org page?

  With your new domain ( lostdogsandpets.com )? Yes, you can Change name servers to point to the server where your WordPress.org is located at.

  Your hosting provider should be able to provide you what the right nameserver values would be to have the domain direct folks over there.
