Has my blog been flagged as mature?
-
I have a new blog (a few weeks old) and the posts are not showing up in Reader. I have some posts that include mature themes (and as a courtesy I have included some warnings for readers) but I would not characterize any posts as ‘adult’ or necessarily ‘mature’ content. No erotica, porn, explicit scenes, descriptions, or photos. Has my blog been filtered for mature content? If so can someone point to the offensive content so that I can better understand the line. Thanks! http://www.carlbystrom.com

Since your above site is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom, so it won’t automatically be included in the Reader.
However, logged in WPcom users can follow any site in the Reader that publishes an RSS feed or has the jetpack subscription module installed.

Aaah – I see. So does this mean that I can’t really participate in any of the WP pingback activities (e.g. 3LineTales or Flash Fiction) and be included in roll-ups and such?

Hello again, Not being hosted here doesn’t prevent you from participating in any of The Daily Post or other WordPressdotcom bloggers’ activities (unless it is stated otherwise, of course). Site owners who moderate their comments can choose to approve or not the pingback to your site.
Hope that helps answer your questions.
