Has my blog been hacked?

  My blog was working fine this morning when I suddenly started getting this message when I tried to access my dashboard:

  400 Bad Request
  It is not a valid request! Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server
  Lite Speed Technologies is not responsible for administration and contents of this web site!

  I could still access the blog on the main page but I couldn’t do anything through the dashboard. Half an hour later it was mysteriously alright and I could do everything. Now once again I find I can’t access the dashboard. Just not sure if this is a wordpress problem or if the blog has been hacked. If the latter please advise me what to do. Thanks much.

  Noticed it this morning for the first time. This happened on and off for a while. But since then it’s been ok and working normally. Not sure what it was about..

  It would be something on our end. I can happen, but I should be far from frequent. Can you guess as to the frequency that you have been seeing it?

  I first checked around 9 EST this morning, the problem started occurring about 20 min later. It was this way off and on for about a couple of hours. The main page was always accessible. Just the dashboard that wasn’t. But over the last number of hours it’s been normal. I tried clearing the cache and so on. Initially there seemed to be no difference. Later on it was ok. Occasionally there are wordpress problems and I see certain kinds of messages but I’ve never seen this sort before.

  In terms of the frequency (and to be more specific) in that period during which the problem lasted it was mostly inaccessible (the dashboard) and only occasionally visible. Typically I would try and do something else from here and it would disappear again (I’d get the same error message).
