Staff communicated with me about my refund asking whether I wanted a full refund or to keep my domain name (whatsupinthehils.com). I could not respond. There was a reply button in his answer but for some reason it was not working. I could not respond.
Has my refund gone through?
If so, was it a full refund or do I still have the domain?
If not, is my blog still active and why can I not get to the home page?
I would like to stay with WordPress if I can get things working but I find this inability to communicate with staff quite frustrating.
I am now using Chrome on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5
I was using Safari but learned there are some problems between Safari and WP.
Please help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To answer your question – in a way – I would like to keep the domain. In fact, I would like to keep working with WP to get my blog up and running but I have run into difficulties that I… hang on…
(You don’t see it but there has been a long pause in the narrative at this point, while I though things through more thoroughly)
I have just realized that my frustration is entirely of my own doing. I have misunderstood what I was looking at and jumped to an erroneous decision.
Is it possible to ignore previous emails and not worry about any refunds at this time? Hope so.
