Has my site expired?

  Hello,
  I made a wordpress website in 2014. I haven’t edited anything on the site in over a year. I want to now but can’t login, i have forgotten my password but when i ask to reset, my username/email address isn’t registered…. has something expired? I know i am up to date with my Bluehost account. I don’t understand, please tell me what to do.

  Hi there, we’d be happy to help, but please give a link to your website. Your Bluehost account has no correlation with your sites at WordPress.com. If it’s a site hosted with Bluehost which is causing the issue, it’d probably be best to contact Bluehost instead. :)

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
