  I created a second blog, cuwhistorytalk.wordpress.com, but am unable to access the posts with comments. As the administrator, I made all the posts and comments private once I finished the discussion with students.

  I can access it. Pprovided your are logged in under the same username account that created the blog, you can log-in by using this link http://cuwhistorytalk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
