has the name compassionateconsumer been taken or was that a glitch?

I tried to set up a blog address called “compassionateconsumer.wordpress.com” and that name was not taken, then when I got to the signing up part of the page I realised i already had an account with wordpress. So when I signed in i have tried to create that name again and it says the name is taken. so i looked up “compassionateconsumer.wordpress.com” and the message said that this site had been deleted….is that a temporary glitch or is has this name truly been used before?
