Has the Neo-Sapien theme lost the Flexible Header option?

    When choosing a header image, you used to be able to choose Skip Cropping and Publish As Is but in recent weeks that option has been removed from the Neo-Sapien theme.

    Why would it be removed? Previously, an image could be 450×280 pixels and it would be fine but now that’s too big, so I don’t know what smaller size to make the image,
