Has WordPress Changed Embedded YT Videos Disallowance On Free Blogs?

  So I noted WP doesn’t disallow my use of its video embed tools any longer and also noted the video shows on my page if I use it. However, I did note my post was blocked of views this time so I removed it. Can I presume the video displays on the free blogs are still disallowed, right?
