Hashtagged Image Importer for WordPress Premium

  Can you add a plug-in that allows multiple users to post to a blog with a hashtag? I don’t want to link to one specific Instagram or Flickr account; I want people to be able to contribute easily via hashtag. There are several plug-ins out there, including Instateam Instagram Importer. If there’s something already available to me, please let me know. Thanks!
